A. No, these units are for rental only.
Q. Are these units functional year-round?
A. Yes. These trailers are designed, in accordance with Alberta OH&S regulations, to operate in any weather condition, from +40 C to -40 C, providing stable operation all year long.
Q. How long does it take to have the portable washroom delivered on-site?
A. We provide same day delivery within a 500 kilometres radius of Rimbey, AB as our philosophy revolves around servicing 24/7 as the standard.
Q. How long can the unit stay on-site without servicing?
A. One of our units can stay on-site without servicing from 3 weeks to a month but this depends upon the number in the crew. This number is based upon 10-12 crew members working at the site.
Q. How can I tell when the unit requires servicing?
A. When we delivery the unit to your work site we review all the necessary information that you will need to ensure the utmost from the unit. But by observation you will know when to call us if the garbage needs to be picked up. Give us a call and the unit will be serviced on-site, or a fresh trailer will be brought to the site.
Q. Who do I call if there is a problem with the trailer?
A. We don’t expect to have any problems with the units but if there is you will have our 24 hour service number.
Q. Can I move the unit myself to another worksite?
A. We know that jobs change from one site to the other and moves can happen anytime. Generally a phone call is all we need to approve a move to another location. The same applies if you would like us to move the unit to another location. Just give us a call and we will move the unit for you.
Q. What size of a truck would it take to move a unit to another location?
A. A 3/4 ton truck with 2-5/16" ball hitch and wiring combination is all it would take to move one of our units to another location.
